Three girls with new dresses
Birdsnest revisited
Last week two sunbirds revisited an old existing nest right beside our front door and promptly moved in. Last night when Geoff got home from the footy, he found the nest on the cement with two little eggs intact beside it. He wired the nest back up, manouvered the eggs back in with the help of his handkerchief, and feared the worst. This morning there was no sight of Mum, but within half an hour she was back sitting on the eggs as normal. (Who said once you touch a nest, they'll never come back!)

Easter News
Well, it's Easter and we have been full on.
First of all we celebrated Geoff's 61st birthday on Good Friday and Hana brought him a bunch of flowers. We had a surprise party that evening and had so much food we had to finish off for lunch on Saturday. Then we went to the Cowboys where we caught up with Drew and Stallos for drinks at Brothers before the game which was nice. Then today the Easter bunny came ...

On Wednesday, Kelly and I went to Book Club at Butlers' Pantry and took Hana. She wore her new baggy shorts, and Kelly's necklace. Then Kelly gave her a little cardboard hatbox to carry her treasures (two fake apples) in and we set off. Hana didn't have much input into the book review as she slept through most of it, but she sure enjoyed her freshly squeezed vegetable juice especially made for her by Julie, Miki's boss.

Kevin and Leeanne and Ji are spending the week on the Island in the rental house next door and brought Uncle Ray and Auntie Helen with them. As you can imagine, we are having quite a sociable time - Tahia arrived yesterday, then James, then James mum Sue today. Cameron is working over here so Breanna and Ainslie came too. Hana just loves playing with the kids and gets lots of photos taken of her.
Today, we all had lunch at Horseshoe Bay and Kelly and I went swimming and took Hana in in her new stingersuit. She loved it. Ji and James came too.
